Fire Prevention Bureau
The Northern Lakes Fire Protection District Prevention Bureau provides a wide variety of services for the District and in the community. These services include:
- Inspections of public, commercial and residential structures to ensure compliance with jurisdiction, state and federal fire codes and ordinances.
- Reviews and approvals of plan submittals for code compliance.
- Assisting citizens and other agencies with code interpretation and information when requested.
- Public education programs for area schools and the general public on prevention, fire hazards and drill measures.
