The District is accepting sealed bids for surplus materials from the demolition of an existing structure including red iron steel framing material, metal siding, metal roofing, exterior doors and garage doors, that can be reconstructed to erect a 3,000 sq. ft. metal building. Minimum bid is $2,500 or best offer.

This material is being sold in "as is" condition with no warranty and bidder is solely responsible for arranging transportation of all
scrap material from current location within five (5) days
from payment being made in full.

The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
If the materials cannot be sold for the minimum bid, the District
will sell the materials for adequate and valuable consideration
as determined by the Board.

Prospective buyers are encouraged to examine materials before submitting written bid. Photos of building prior to and during dismantling are available upon request. A copy of the original blueprints is available for viewing. Please contact the District
