The mission of the Northern Lakes Fire Protection District is to provide a high level of proficient and competent service to the citizens and guests within our boundaries. The citizens, visitors and business population of the District have a department that is prepared to fulfill its task of preserving life and protecting property.

The mission of the Northern Lakes Fire Protection District is to provide a high level of proficient and competent service to the citizens and guests within the boundaries of the Fire District. Our personnel will set the standard for professionalism and compassion, while performing our duties in the most expeditious and efficient manner.
Proficient - Implies a thorough competence derived from training and practice
Competent - Having the capacity to function or develop in a particular way
Set the Standard - Something established by authority, custom, or general consent as a model or example
Professionalism - The conduct, aims, or qualities that characterize or mark a person
Compassion - Sympathetic awareness of others' distress together with a desire to alleviate it

This form can be voluntarily completed and submitted to assist first responders more effectively respond to an emergency involving a person with disabilities at home. You can mail or hand deliver the completed form to our Admin Office at 125 W. Hayden Ave., in Hayden, M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
