The mission of the Northern Lakes Fire Protection District is to provide a high level of proficient and competent service to the citizens and guests within our boundaries. The citizens, visitors and business population of the District have a department that is prepared to fulfill its task of preserving life and protecting property.

As the Assistant Chief, it my honor to support the mission, vision and core values of the Northern Lakes Fire District. Our fire district provides critical fire suppression, advanced life support, and emergency response services. Our Mission Statement

The mission of the Northern Lakes Fire Protection District is to provide a high level of proficient and competent service to the citizens and guests within the boundaries of the Fire District. Our personnel will set the standard for professionalism and compassion, while performing our duties in the most expeditious and efficient manner.

  • Proficient - Implies a thorough competence derived from training and practice

  • Competent - Having the capacity to function or develop in a particular way

  • Set the Standard - Something established by authority, custom, or general consent as a model or example

  • Professionalism - The conduct, aims, or qualities that characterize or mark a person

  • Compassion - Sympathetic awareness of others' distress together with a desire to alleviate it

The vision of Northern Lakes Fire Protection District is to constantly seek resourceful and innovative means to provide increased value of service to our constituents in an ever-changing technological, fiscal and geographical environment.
